Our staff go through a rigorous selection process, competence-based interviews to ensure they embrace our core values. We verify their professional status, obtain references and DBS checks are undertaken. They attend regular training sessions and are supported through regular 1:1 supervision. These sessions can be in person at our offices or virtual.All staff get to meet our founder and CEO at interview stage and during induction.
